A neighborhood located in the next of Richmond Olympic Oval. Also a resident and homes can views over towards the Fraser River. THREE MOST INTERESTING FINDINGS: 1. Higher Education Levels Compared to Vancouver. In this census district, more than half (52.6%) of residents between the ages of 25 and 64 possess a Bachelor's degree or higher. This figure is distinctly higher than the 43.2% statistic in the broader Vancouver CMA. The elevated educational attainment in this neighborhood doesn't come as a surprise.
